How to choose the stirrer of glass-lined reactor

It is used in the coarse crystallization process, which is conducive to the growth of crystals and improve the yield of crystals in the next process of filtration. At the same time, it is suitable for the operation of heat transfer, to a certain extent, can improve the heat transfer coefficient between the material and the vessel wall (α2), for the liquid-liquid dispersion operation, the use of this type of stirrer is more appropriate.

(2) impeller type (three leaves after the alarm type) the role of the stirrer glass-lined standard called impeller type stirrer (commonly known internationally as three leaves after the sweep type). Features are: simple structure, strong output performance, low power consumption, wide range of adaptation, to ensure the overall circulation of fluid in the container (also known as volume ring), is currently a more suitable type of stirrer for low and medium viscosity materials.

Impeller mixer, when the speed is 130r/mim, the circulation volume is larger and the unit power consumed is smaller, so it can be used in a wide range of applications, mainly in the mixing of non-Newtonian fluids (i.e. fluids whose viscosity changes during operation).           

The impeller type mixer with appropriate folded plate is suitable for mixing, heat conduction, polymerization, emulsification, gas absorption and suspension, etc. It can achieve effective stirring effect with less power. The stirring of the liquid in the container to produce up and down circulation is particularly significant, so that it is mixed uniformly, and the unit power of the discharge is large, so that the liquid has a large volume of circulation rate and 耑 flow strength, suitable for the occasion requiring strong turbulent mixing.
