What are the situations that pressure vessels must be equipped with safety devices?

Pressure vessels whose internal pressure may increase due to chemical reaction of materials during production;

Pressure vessel containing liquefied gas;

Pressure vessels without safety valves and pressure gauges at the pressure source; Pressure vessels with the highest working pressure less than the pressure at the pressure source;

If the safety valve cannot work reliably due to the production and working medium (such as high viscosity, corrosion and toxicity), the bursting disc shall be installed to replace the safety valve or the overlapping structure shared by the bursting disc and the safety valve shall be adopted.
