1. Poor heat transfer

2. Leakage problems

Causes: Seals may be damaged or worn, corroded pipes, damaged fins, etc.

Solution: check the seals and replace the damaged seals; regularly clean the internal and external surfaces of the heat exchanger and corrosive substances detection, timely replacement of damaged parts; repair or replacement of damaged fins, to ensure that the heat exchanger works normally.

3. Abnormal sound

Reason: may be due to air bubbles in the pipeline, fluid pump vibration caused by vibration of the equipment.

Solution: Discharge the air in the pipeline through the exhaust valve to avoid air bubbles affecting the operation of the equipment; check and adjust the fluid pump to reduce equipment vibration.

4. Temperature can not reach the expected results

Reason: It may be due to improper flow control, broken heat exchanger, wrong setting of function parameters, etc.

Solution: check and adjust the flow controller to ensure that the flow of fluid into the heat exchanger meets the requirements; repair or replace the damaged heat exchanger; check the equipment parameter settings to ensure that the parameters are correct.

5. heat exchanger shell damage

Reason: may be due to bumping during transportation, improper installation, etc..

Solution: proper storage and transportation equipment, to avoid damage to the shell caused by bumping; construction to ensure the quality of installation, to avoid damage caused by improper installation.
