6. Pressure-testing and testing: The manufactured heat exchanger is pressure-tested to ensure that it withstands the design pressure. In addition, other performance tests, such as heat transfer test and leakage detection.

7. surface treatment: the heat exchanger's external surface treatment to improve its aesthetic and corrosion resistance. Common methods include polishing, spraying and plating.
