Product FAQ

Structural composition of enamel reactor body

The enamel reaction kettle body is composed of a circular cylinder and upper and lower heads. The kettle body is equipped with manholes, handholes, and process nozzles, mainly used for measuring the temperature and pressure of incoming and outgoing materials and installation. The diameter and orientation of the connecting pipe are determined by the process requirements. Requirements for feeding and feeding pipes: They should be designed in a shape that does not allow the liquid droplets of the material to splash onto the kettle wall, which can reduce local corrosion of the material on the sealing surface and kettle wall.

The feed pipe should extend into the equipment, with the end cut at 45 ° and the inclined surface facing the center.

The feeding tube can be withdrawn and used for materials that are prone to corrosion and blockage, making cleaning and maintenance convenient.

The nozzle is immersed in the feed liquid, which can reduce the foam generated by impacting the liquid surface.

The discharge is divided into upper discharge and lower discharge.

① When it is necessary to transport the liquid material in the enamel reaction kettle to a higher position of the equipment, the upper discharge pipe can be used. The discharge uses compressed air or inert gas pressure to press the liquid material out of the reaction kettle.

② A discharge pipe opening is set up in the center of the bottom of the enamel reaction kettle for discharging materials, which is suitable for placing the materials inside the kettle into another lower position of the equipment.
