1、 The high-temperature and high-speed Magnetic stirrer of the glass lined reactor has an oil injection hole on the upper part, which can inject lubricating grease into the bearing when stopping. It can only be used after relieving pressure in a glass lined reactor. Inject 30-50 milliliters with a syringe each time.

2、 When repairing the Magnetic stirrer of the glass lined reactor, it is not necessary to open the cover, just loosen the nut connected to the cover.

When disassembling the glass lined reaction kettle, try to avoid impurities such as iron and magnetic materials entering the gap between the inner and outer magnetic steel.

2. Ensure the concentricity of the magnetic steel inside and outside the reactor and the sealing cover. Tighten the bolts evenly and symmetrically during installation, and tighten 2-3 times to prevent the bolts from shifting upwards and damaging the sealing gasket.

3、 Before disassembly, the reaction materials in the reactor should be completely discharged and cleaned with a harmless gas-liquid medium.

4、 Regularly check the oscillation amount of the stirring shaft of the glass lined reactor. If a large swing is found, it should be immediately disassembled and replaced with bearings and shaft sleeves according to the structural diagram. The design life of composite shaft sleeve or graphite shaft sleeve of Magnetic stirrer is 1-2 years.
