1. Overview

The glass lined equipment is made by coating the enamel with high silicon content on the metal surface, and by enameling at 950 ℃, making the enamel close to the metal iron substrate surface. Therefore, it has the double advantages of chemical stability and metal strength similar to glass.

Glass lined equipment is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, dye, pesticide, organic synthesis, petroleum, food manufacturing, national defense industry and other industrial production and scientific research, such as reaction, evaporation, concentration, synthesis, extraction, polymerization, saponification, mineralization, chlorination, nitrification, to replace expensive stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. Corrosion resistance: It has strong corrosion resistance for various concentrations of inorganic acid, organic acid, organic solvent, weak base and other media. However, it is not applicable to strong alkali, hydrofluoric acid and fluoride containing ionic medium, as well as phosphoric acid with temperature greater than 180 ℃ and concentration greater than 30%.
