What must be done before the enamel reaction tank is put into the tank?

1. The tank entering construction must be supervised by a supervisor throughout the process, and remedial measures shall be taken as soon as possible when problems are found;

2. Close all feeding valves and disconnect the connection between the valve and the feeding pipe with a blind plate to prevent materials from entering the tank during tank feeding;

3. Understand the safety situation of the production workshop in detail and the possible hazards of toxic and harmful gases to people in a certain period of time, and prepare for protection and emergency response;

4. Thoroughly clean the enamel reaction tank to prevent the gas and residual materials generated by material decomposition from harming human body;

5. Power off the motor driving the mixing rotation and assign special personnel to watch over it or remove the triangle belt to prevent the operator in the tank from being injured by the mixing rotation due to wrong power transmission;

6. When polishing, wear protective glasses and avoid the front of the repair part to prevent the glass lining layer from exploding and damaging the eyes and face;

7. In addition to forced ventilation and wearing gas masks, safety belts should be worn when entering equipment that has used highly toxic materials. In case of adverse symptoms, the supervisor should immediately pull out the tank entry operator;

8. Combustible and toxic gases shall be measured and the air in the tank shall be replaced to prevent the residual gas harmful to human body in the reaction tank. If necessary, gas masks shall be worn to lower the tank and forced ventilation shall be carried out.
