Safety operating conditions for enamel reaction tanks

Enamel reaction tanks have excellent acid corrosion resistance and are used as reactors or storage tanks in the chemical industry. Due to the special nature of the working environment, it is necessary to pay attention not to exceed the rated value when using, which means that the following safety operating conditions must be met when using:

1. Allowable high operating pressure: 6kg/cm2 in the tank jacket, 2.5kg/cm2 in the tank, or used according to the equipment nameplate regulations.

2. Check the pipelines and valves related to the enamel reaction tank and ensure that they meet the material receiving conditions before feeding.

3. Check whether the mixing motor, reducer, machine seal, etc. are normal, whether the oil level of the reducer is appropriate, and whether the cooling water supply for the machine seal is normal.

4. Start mixing and input materials according to the specified amount, ensuring that there are no abnormalities.

5. Reactors with a capacity of 10m3 or more or those with bottom bearings for stirring are strictly prohibited from idling. Only when the bottom bearings are submerged in the liquid level can stirring be started.

6. Strictly follow the process operating procedures, pay close attention to the temperature and pressure inside the reactor, as well as the pressure of the reactor jacket, and strictly prohibit excessive temperature and pressure.

7. During the reaction process, patrol inspections should be carried out to promptly address any issues found.

8. If overheating occurs, immediately use water to cool down. The temperature after cooling should meet the process requirements.

9. If overpressure occurs, the vent valve should be immediately opened. Emergency pressure relief.

10. Parking; If the power outage causes a shutdown, the feeding should be stopped; During feeding, if there is a power outage, the feeding should be stopped, the vent valve should be opened, and the water supply should be cooled down. Long term shutdown should clean the residual liquid inside the kettle, close the bottom valve, feed valve, steam inlet valve, discharge valve, etc.

The above content describes the information that needs to be paid attention to when using enamel reaction tanks. The industry and material characteristics require us to pay special attention. The editor should not only remind us of safe operating conditions, but also pay attention to daily maintenance and upkeep.
