Inspection of glass-lined reactor before delivery

Glass-lined reactors are mostly used in harsh corrosive environments, so their quality inspection should be very strict. Relevant national departments have formulated corresponding standards for detailed inspection and inspection requirements. Main performance and inspection method of enamel reactor.

1. The porcelain layer thickness of enamel reaction kettle is required to be 0.8mm~2.0mm, which shall be measured with a non-magnetic thickness gauge according to the provisions of GB/T7991.

2. Withstand voltage of reaction kettle: 20000V (DC) is required without breakdown, and shall be measured with AC spark generator according to GB/T 7993.

3. Pressure resistance of glass-lined reactor: meet the design requirements, and the pressure resistance shall be tested by hydraulic pressure according to the method of GB/T 7994.

4. Appearance quality of the ceramic layer of the reaction kettle: the color is basically the same, the surface is smooth, no more than 3 pieces of porcelain, fish scale cracks, dark bubbles, foreign matters on the surface of the tank body and tank cover, foreign matters ≤ 8 mm2, and the distance between the two pieces is not more than ∠ 100 mm. Observe and record the results at the place where the light is bright or 600mm away from the porcelain surface with a 100-watt low-voltage lamp.

5. Deformation tolerance of glass-lined reactor: the difference between the maximum and minimum diameter of flange ≤ 0.1% Dg, measure the maximum and minimum outer diameter of flange with a meter ruler, and the difference is taken as ovality; The flange unevenness is allowed to be ≤ 0.3% Dg, and the maximum gap between the measuring plane and the standard plane is unevenness; The levelness a of the flange surface of the mixing hole is allowed to be ≤ 10, buckle the pot cover on the horizontal surface, and then place the measuring surface of the ruler on the flange surface of the mixing hole. Use a square triangle to measure the height from the platform at the outer circle of the pot cover flange to the measuring surface of the ruler, and take the highest value and the lowest value to calculate tga ≈ △ hmax/Dg; Width of flange pressure surface ≥ 10mm. Use a ruler with a thickness of ≤ 5mm, place it on the flange through the diameter, and rotate 180 °. Measure the width of the pressing surface (continuous gap ≤ 0.5mm); The total radial runout of the upper end of the agitator packing seal is allowed to be ≤ 0.30mm. Install the agitator on the inspection frame, rotate the agitator, and install a dial indicator on the contact surface between the main shaft of the agitator and the stuffing box for measurement; The straightness of pipes (including thermocouples) is allowed to be ≤ 0.3% L. Use a ruler to measure the maximum gap between pipes and rulers.
