Conditions for glass-lined disc condenser

An excellent glass-lined disc condenser should meet the following conditions:

1. The heat transfer area per unit volume is the largest.

2. The equipment steel consumption per unit heat transfer area is the least.

3. The flow path of condensate is the shortest.

4. The flow area of the steam body is the largest (gas short circuit is not allowed).

5. The condensation film is the thinnest (condensation area liquid is not allowed).

6. The thickness of porcelain layer shall be strictly controlled to reduce heat transfer resistance, and the thickness of porcelain layer on the condenser shall be controlled within 0.8~1mm. Because the thermal resistance of 1mm ceramic layer is equivalent to that of 50mm steel plate, it is significant to reduce the thickness of ceramic layer to improve the heat transfer effect of condenser.

7. The cooling medium in the interlayer of the condenser is evenly distributed and the flow rate is fast (no dead angle is allowed).

8. The product has good sealing performance, and the stress design of sealing fasteners is reasonable.

9. The design structure is reasonable. Minimize the structural stress of the condenser sheet under the working state, and do not produce local concentration or peak stress that will cause the damage of the ceramic layer
