1. Avoid the mixing and co transportation of water and reaction tank media, avoid the mixing and co transportation of different media, and avoid the co transportation of liquid media, oil and gas and compressed air. Even if the storage tank is dehydrated, pay special attention to the dehydration before feeding.

2. Jumper. The floating roof of the floating roof tank shall be connected with the tank wall. The pipelines and valves, flow meters, filters, pumps and tanks shall be bridged when insulating materials are used or corroded.

3. Grounding. The storage tank and isolated space of the reaction tank shall be grounded, and the common grounding body can be grounded for lightning protection.

4. Control the medium injection mode. The medium shall be injected from the bottom of the tank, and the medium shall not be injected from the top of the tank as far as possible. If there is no medium to be injected from the top of the tank, the outlet of the pipe shall be inserted into the tank at a depth of 200mm from the tank bottom.

5. Control the medium flow rate. The higher the flow rate, the easier it is to generate static electricity. The safe flow rate of reaction tank oil in the pipeline v=0.8 (1/d) 1/2 (D is the pipe diameter, V represents the average flow rate).

6. Fill with inert protective gas. The reaction tank is filled with nitrogen for protection, so that the nitrogen content in the tank is reduced, and explosive mixed gas cannot be formed on the oil surface in the tank. Even if electrostatic discharge sparks are generated in the tank, the safety of the tank can be ensured.

7. Add antistatic additives. The addition of anti-static additives greatly increases the conductivity of the medium, so that the static charge inside the medium cannot accumulate, and soon leaks to the earth through the bridging charge grounding.

8. Install the static eliminator. An electrostatic eliminator is installed at the end of the reaction tank pipeline, and the phase pipeline is injected with charges opposite to the charges and properties in the oil to realize charge neutralization and eliminate static electricity.

9. Install the electrostatic moderator. The reaction tank is installed with an electrostatic moderator at the position after the filter and before the fluid enters the tank.

10. The reaction tank controls the generation and elimination of human static electricity. Tank loading personnel (sampling, metering, etc.) should first touch the electrostatic device of the human body. Wear antistatic clothing.
