What are the heating methods of enamel reactor?

1. Water heating: when the temperature requirements of the user’s production process are not high, we can heat the enamel reactor with water heating. The water heating system is divided into open type and closed type. The open type is simple. It is composed of circulating pump, water tank, pipeline and regulator of control valve. When high-pressure water is used, the mechanical strength of the equipment is required to be high. The external surface of enamel reactor is welded with snake tube, which has a gap with the reactor wall, so that the thermal resistance is increased and the heat transfer effect is reduced.

2. Steam heating: when the production requires that the heating temperature is below 100 ℃, we can use steam heating for the enamel reactor. This is to use steam below an atmospheric pressure to heat the reactor; When the temperature is required to be within the range of 100~180 ℃, we have to use saturated steam; When the temperature requirements are higher, we must use high-pressure superheated steam for heating.

3. Electric heating: the electric heating is wound on the insulating layer of the enamel reactor cylinder through the resistance wire or installed on the special insulator several distances away from the enamel reactor. Therefore, a small space gap is formed between the resistance wire and the enamel reactor.

4. Heating of other media: if our production process requires the enamel reactor to operate at a higher temperature or if we want to avoid using a high-pressure heating system, other media can be used to replace water and steam, such as mineral oil (275 ~ 300 ℃), diphenyl ether mixture, molten salt (140 ~ 540 ℃), liquid lead (melting point 327 ℃), etc.
