The reaction tank is composed of kettle body, kettle cover, jacket, agitator, transmission device, shaft seal device, support, etc. When the height diameter ratio of the mixing device is large, multi-layer mixing paddles can be used, or they can be selected arbitrarily according to the requirements of users. A jacket is set outside the kettle wall, or a heat exchange surface is set in the boiler, or heat exchange can be carried out through external circulation. The supporting seat has supporting type or ear type bearing, etc. Gear reducer should be used when the speed exceeds 160 rpm The opening quantity, specification or other requirements can be designed and made according to the user’s requirements.

Packing seal is usually used under normal pressure or low pressure, and the general service pressure is less than 2kg; In general, mechanical seal will be used under medium pressure or vacuum pumping, and the general pressure is negative pressure or 4kg; Under the condition of high pressure or high medium volatility, magnetic seal will be adopted, and the general pressure is more than 14kg.
