Especially when there is no material (heat absorbing medium) in the stainless steel reactor pot, do not open the steam valve and electric power supply. Pay special attention to the use of steam pressure, which shall not exceed the rated working pressure.

When maintaining the stainless steel storage tank, always pay attention to the working condition of the whole equipment and reducer. If the reducer is insufficient, it should be supplemented immediately. The electric heating medium oil should be replaced every half a year. The safety valves, pressure gauges, distillation holes, electric heating rods, electrical instruments and meters on the jacket and pot cover should be checked regularly. If there is any fault, it should be replaced or repaired immediately. When the equipment is not in use, it must be completely cleaned on the inner and outer walls of the container with warm water, Often scrub the pot body to keep the appearance clean and the inner tank bright, so as to achieve the purpose of durability.
