Precautions for installation of stainless steel reactor
The high-pressure stainless steel reactor shall be placed indoors. When equipped with multiple stainless steel reactors, they shall be placed separately. Each operating room shall be provided with an outlet directly leading to the outdoor or passage, and the ventilation of the equipment location shall be ensured.
When installing the kettle cover, avoid collision between the sealing surfaces of the kettle body and the kettle cover. Carefully place the kettle cover on the kettle body according to the fixed direction. When tightening the main nut, it must be tightened diagonally and symmetrically for many times. The force should be uniform, and the kettle cover is not allowed to skew to one side, so as to achieve excellent sealing effect.
At the connection of positive and negative nuts, only the positive and negative nuts shall be rotated, and the two arc sealing surfaces shall not rotate relative to each other. When all nut pattern connectors are installed, they shall be coated with lubricating oil. Needle type valve is sealed by wire. Just roll the valve needle gently and press the cover tightly to achieve excellent sealing effect. Turn the revolving body on the kettle by hand to check whether the operation is flexible. The controller shall be placed flat on the operation console. The operating ambient temperature is 10-40 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gas.
Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and rear panel are normal, pull off the upper cover, check whether the connector is loose, and whether there is damage or corrosion caused by poor transportation and storage. After the operation, it can be cooled by natural cooling, water cooling or placed over the support. After the temperature drops, release the pressurized gas in the kettle to reduce the pressure to normal pressure (the pressure gauge shows zero), then loosen the main nut symmetrically and evenly, then remove the main nut, and then carefully remove the kettle cover and place it on the support.
At the end of each operation, the residues on the stainless steel reactor body and cover shall be removed. The main seal shall be cleaned frequently and kept clean. It is not allowed to scrub with hard objects or rough objects.
The above are some conditions that should be paid attention to during the installation of stainless steel reactor, which should be handled according to the situation.
