1、 Surface shape of inner and outer heads of kettle body
In order to ensure that the shape of the surface of the inner and outer heads of the kettle can match the shape of the surface of the other head, it is necessary to overlap and punch the formed two heads again, use the outer head as a mold, and assemble the inner head, so as to effectively avoid the large gap between the two after assembly and reduce the defect of welding residual stress after assembly and welding.
2、 Ensure even clearance
Relevant personnel shall strictly control the gap between the lining and the base course in accordance with the drawing requirements. The gap between the expansion and pasting is 8mm and the gap between the lead filling is 7mm. By strengthening the reasonable control of the gap between the lining and the base course during assembly, the uniformity of the gap can be ensured and the forming quality of the reaction kettle can be effectively improved.
3、 Pre assemble inner and outer kettle bodies
During the pre assembly of inner and outer kettle bodies, in order to ensure the size of the finish machined end face of the upper head, it is necessary to note that the upper and lower heads must be set at a specific position to facilitate the control of the gaps at various places; At the same time, make marks to ensure the consistency between the formal assembly position and the pre assembly position.
4、 Set stop point
Strictly control the clearance of all parts after assembly to ensure that the clearance between the upper and lower heads is 5-8mm. Do not forcibly assemble.
5、 Bulge forming treatment
During the treatment of the expanded bonding structure, the relevant operations shall also be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawing, and great attention shall be paid to the reserved part of the expanded bonding gap during the assembly process. At the same time, it shall also ensure that the top of the lining and the reactor base are close and smooth transition, so as to effectively avoid the fracture of the welding point between the lining and the flange lining ring after the expanded bonding.
