In order to prevent the formation of scale, inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, control the corrosion of equipment and pipelines, improve heat exchange efficiency, save energy, and extend the service life of equipment, it is necessary to regularly clean and pre film sterilize the glass lined heat exchanger equipment. According to the experimental data of relevant departments, the efficiency of glass lined heat exchanger is reduced by 33% and the energy consumption of equipment operation is increased by about 20% on average when the thickness of scale on the surface of glass lined heat exchanger is 0.2 ~ 0.5mm.
