Materials that cannot be used in enamel reaction tank

There are many materials that cannot participate in the reaction when using enamel reaction tank, or need to be handled carefully during the reaction. Although many corrosive substances can participate in the reaction when the equipment is in use, some substances cannot be used at the same time. What materials cannot be used when using it?

1. Materials with bubbles in the reflection process are not allowed to be used, because bubbles will be generated when the equipment injects gas into it through the feed pipe around the agitator blade during operation. Another possibility is that bubbles will be generated when the material used for reaction in the tank is heated to or very close to the boiling point, or when the amount of material used for stirring is relatively small. In the case of these devices, the generation of bubbles has a great impact on the glass layer.

2. Suspended solids are not allowed in the stirred materials, because during the mixing process, there will be strong friction between the suspended solids and the glass lined layer, and even friction between the suspended solids and the suspended solids. In this way, during the material mixing reaction, the suspended solids will cause great wear on the inside of the reactor, and we all know that friction will also produce static electricity. Therefore, in the process of friction, a large amount of static charge will accumulate in the enamel reaction tank, and even the static charge generated by friction will form sparks in the air, which may be as high as a few centimeters. When the friction reaches a certain degree, it will cause perforation on the glass lined layer of the equipment, and even with the continuous extension of wear time, the perforation frequency will be higher and higher, which will slowly damage the equipment in the long run.

As mentioned above, some materials cannot be used in the enamel reaction tank and cannot react in it, because these will seriously damage the equipment. Therefore, if the reaction must be carried out, the subsequent impact must be considered.
