(1) During the operation and operation of glass lined reaction kettle, it shall be placed indoors. In addition, there should be excellent ventilation and heat dissipation to ensure its normal operation and prevent some abnormal or faulty problems.

(2) The reaction kettle is a positive and negative nut joint, which can only rotate the positive and negative nuts, and the sealing surface cannot move relative. In addition, if there are nut particle connections in the installation, they should be smoothed with smooth oil to ensure excellent connectivity.

(3) Generally speaking, the controller of glass lined reaction kettle shall be placed on the operation console, the operating ambient temperature shall be within the range of 10 ~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%. In addition, there are no conductors, dust or corrosive substances around to avoid damaging the components.

(4) Before using the revolving body on the reaction kettle, move it with a hand board to check whether the operation is flexible. As for the controller, it is to check whether the ground is secure and reliable. In addition, all conductors on the glass lined reactor shall be correctly connected, including power line, motor line and speed sensor.
