The parts are scrubbed clean and can be assembled after soaking in glycerol. The surface of lubricating fluid in glass lined reaction tank shall be 15mm higher than the sealing surface. The nature of the lubricating fluid shall not affect the materials in the oil tank, nor shall it deteriorate due to the influence of the materials in the oil tank. The lubricating fluid has good lubricity, does not corrode sealing parts, high vaporization temperature and specific heat, and is clean without entrained solid particles.
Align the stationary ring to ensure that the perpendicularity error between the end face of glass lined reaction tank and mixing is no more than 0.05 mm; The accuracy of static ring and dynamic ring end faces shall not be damaged. Specific pressure values should be controlled. Generally, the gap between the compression ring and the spring seat shall be adjusted within the range of 0.5 ~ 2mm, and the mixing shaft can rotate easily. When the temperature of sealing parts is higher than 70 ℃, single and double cooling water with cooling structure shall be used, and the outlet temperature of cooling water shall be controlled below 40 ℃. According to the maintenance cycle of the equipment, maintenance shall be carried out twice a year.
