1. First of all, we need to check whether there are scratches on the surface of the new mechanical seal device when replacing it.

2. After it is checked that it can be used normally, clean it with a clean soft cloth, and then apply appropriate lubricating oil on its surface.

3. After that, it is necessary to check the vertical levelness with a level and correct it.

4. Then install the base and fixed ring for fixing the mechanical seal, and then tighten the fixed screws of the mixing shaft, so that the mechanical seal device of the glass lined reaction kettle can bear uniform force during use, so as to ensure that the static and dynamic rings are closely combined during use.

5. Some need to be installed on the rack for use according to regulations during installation. During use, the inlet and outlet of the sealing device and the pipeline of the sealing device need to be connected with each other, and then the nitrogen cylinder, pressure reducer and balance kettle can be connected to test the sealing performance of the equipment.

6. When the equipment is in use, the medium with heating temperature below 80 ℃ needs to be cooled with lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil added needs to be selected according to the medium. Ensure that the medium participating in the reaction will not be polluted during use.
