In production, we often encounter the time to calculate some values, including mathematical calculation and the application of relevant physical formulas. When calculating the evaporation capacity of enamel reactor, the measured data can be brought into the calculation according to the relevant formulas.

Formula of evaporation: GZ = m × (0.000352+0.000786 × V) × P × Where: GZ refers to the amount of acid mist, kg / h.

M is the molecular weight of the liquid.

V refers to the air velocity (M / s) on the surface of the evaporated liquid, but the measured data shall prevail. If the conditions do not allow, it can be taken as 0.0.5m/s or calculated by looking up the table.

P refers to the saturated vapor partial pressure (mmHg) in the air corresponding to the liquid temperature.

F refers to the area of evaporation surface (M2).

In order to avoid unnecessary waste in the process, the evaporated gas can be condensed first and then vacuumized, otherwise the power of the vacuum pump will be very large.

The number of tanks is a parameter during the operation of glass lined reactor, but many users do not understand this parameter. Therefore, in order to popularize the public and help users use it, we need to introduce the number of tanks.

The stator of the number of slots in the glass lined reactor is the stationary part of the motor. The stator is composed of three parts: stator core, stator winding and base. The main function of the stator is to generate rotating magnetic field, while the main function of the rotor is to be cut by magnetic lines of force in the rotating magnetic field to generate (output) current.

The more slots in the stator of the glass lined reactor, the better the magnetomotive force of the motor, the less the leakage reactance of the glass lined reactor, resulting in the increase of the maximum torque and starting torque, and the slight increase of efficiency and power factor; With more slots, the windings are dispersed, and the heat dissipation area of the winding contacting the iron core is increased, which is beneficial to heat dissipation. However, the more the number of slots, the better. This is not necessarily true. The more the number of slots, the increase of slot insulation materials and working hours, the reduction of slot utilization, and it is also unfavorable to the manufacture and use of stamping dies. The energy of glass lined reactor should be constant, and the number of tanks should be specified.

In order to achieve the universality of the glass lined reactor, some repairmen change the stack thickness (separate a part with an electrician’s knife) for the same core model, and comprehensively average the turns of the winding for processing, so as to enhance the universality of the number of slots of the glass lined reactor.
