Generally, glass lined reaction tanks can be filled with water automatically when they are in use. However, sometimes there is a problem with the automatic water filling system and it is unable to automatically add water to the reaction kettle. As a result, the materials in the kettle cannot participate in the reaction normally because there is no water. What should we do when there is a problem with the automatic water filling system.
First of all, when we encounter this problem, we must first find out the cause. One of the reasons is that there is no air in the kettle or the air content is very small, so the pump cannot disconnect the pressure switch when filling water. At the same time, there is no pressure in the pressure tank and output pipe, and there is no water when the tap is turned on, Because then the pump can supply pressure to the output pipeline only when it can operate normally, otherwise there will be no water when it is used.
Generally, in this case, it is necessary to open the vent valve of the glass lined reaction tank first. Of course, some of them have no vent valve, so it is necessary to open the pressure switch to release some water, and then open the automatic water feeding switch to start normally. If there is no way, it is also possible to release some sewage from the bottom valve, In this way, the water can be supplied automatically after re energizing.
