Enamel reactor is widely used in chemical and industrial industries. It is a good corrosion-resistant equipment.

As the enamel reactor equipment is a special chemical equipment, it also has particularity in strength calculation. It is obviously different from the steel pressure vessel specified in GB150. Because it is fired several times at a high temperature of about 930 ℃ for 30-50 minutes, the stiffness of low carbon steel or ordinary low alloy steel is very low at high temperature, and deformation is easy to occur at this time.

For some small deformation, proper correction can be made during the cooling process of the workpiece out of the furnace to ensure the shape tolerance, while for larger deformation, it cannot be corrected. Therefore, under normal working conditions, enamel reactor should consider not only strength and stiffness, but also high-temperature stiffness in the process of enamel firing, and in most cases, the latter is the control factor. In order to ensure that too much thermal deformation will not occur in the lining furnace, it is necessary to improve the high-temperature steel of the equipment group. When the material is certain, the high-temperature steel can only be improved by increasing the wall thickness.
