Considering that some reactor temperature control processes need cooling function, the heating oil heater can be used as the heating method of the reactor to form an electrically heated reactor. The heat transfer oil is heated through the electric heating pipe, and the reaction kettle is indirectly heated into the reaction jacket or coil through the circulating oil pump.

The heat transfer oil electric heater can be equipped with a cooler. When the reactor needs to be cooled, the heat transfer oil of the heat transfer oil electric heater is cooled by the cooling water, and then the reactor is cooled by the heat transfer oil.

Compared with direct electric heating, the temperature control of heat transfer oil electric heater is more stable and safe.

The electric heating reaction kettle can be divided into two types. The upper head and the kettle body are linked together by flanges, which can be disassembled at any time for maintenance. It is open; The upper head and kettle body are welded together. What cannot be disassembled is closed. It is designed to be open. The main purpose is to facilitate maintenance. When the agitator in the kettle fails, the reactor can be disassembled at any time, and the motor, agitator and upper head can be hoisted together with lifting equipment for maintenance. After maintenance, it can be assembled according to the original appearance for convenience.

The open electric heating reactor is mainly applicable to the case that the reactor or agitator with small volume cannot be assembled and can only be welded into one. Because the cost of the open electric heating reactor is relatively high, we design the reaction sign to be closed without explanation.

The difference between the two is that the upper head and the kettle body are welded together, and the sealing effect is better than that of the open type, but it is troublesome to maintain. The agitator of the closed electric heating reactor is a combined type, so someone needs to always drill in from the manhole at the upper head for maintenance.
