After the production of high-pressure reactor is completed, drying operation should be carried out, which is a necessary operation process and can not be ignored. In order to facilitate your good operation, the next small series will introduce the specific operation steps of drying the reactor: 1. Check whether the high-pressure reactor is clean and ready for use and confirm it. Replace or fill in the equipment use label. 2. Check whether the valves on the supporting pipeline of the reactor and the valves on the distributor are closed. Check the steam valve of the reactor for internal leakage, and replace it in time in case of internal leakage. 3. Check the jacket state of the high-pressure reactor. If the jacket has circulating water or brine. The salt water tank shall be directly discharged and the salt water shall be directly pressurized according to the standard procedure. 4. Open the feeding on the kettle, the lower opening of the kettle, the circulating water of the condenser, the distillation and reflux valves, close the emptying and distillation receiving valve, open the tail gas absorption valve or connect the effective vacuum. Open the steam return valve at the bottom of the boiler  and then open the steam inlet valve of the reactor to heat up the reactor. 5. Raise the kettle temperature to 100 ~ 120 ℃ and keep it for 2 hours until the kettle body and supporting pipelines are dry. If the water in the reaction kettle has been refluxed, keep it for 4 ~ 5 hours to ensure that the kettle body and accessories are all dry before cooling. 6. Close the steam inlet valve, feed valve and lower outlet valve of the autoclave, and inject nitrogen into the autoclave through the pipeline to protect and cool down. The purpose is to prevent water vapor in the air from entering. 7. When the temperature of the autoclave is reduced to t ≤ 100 ℃, close the steam return valve, slowly open the circulating water of the autoclave and reduce it to normal temperature (after the temperature is 40 ℃, chilled brine can be used to cool down to speed up the cooling speed). During the concentration process, the production personnel shall make relevant records. 8. Close all valves on the kettle, tail gas absorption valve and nitrogen valve for standby. The above is the drying operation of the high-pressure reactor. After understanding, it should be operated after each work is completed. The correct operation mode can not only improve the use efficiency of the equipment, but also reduce the wear of the equipment in use, so that the equipment has a long service time.
