Glass lined reaction tank is a composite material product made of glass containing high silica, which is lined on the inner surface of steel container and firmly adhered to the metal surface after burning at high temperature. Therefore, it has the double advantages of glass stability and metal strength. It is an excellent corrosion-resistant equipment.

The design principle of glass lined reaction tank is that the temperature control system surrounds the reactor with a jacket, and sets the steam regulating valve connected with the steam generation device and the cooling water regulating valve connected with the cooling water. The real-time temperature in the reactor and jacket is measured by the temperature measuring device. The temperature control device adopts the temperature control method to control the temperature in the jacket, so as to finally control the temperature in the reactor. When the temperature measured by the temperature measuring device is lower than the set value, open the steam regulating valve to heat the water temperature inside the jacket and increase the temperature of the materials in the reactor. When the temperature measured by the temperature measuring device is higher than the set value, open the cooling water regulating valve to cool the water temperature inside the jacket and reduce the temperature of the materials in the reactor, so as to stabilize the temperature in the reactor within a certain temperature range and make the reaction proceed smoothly.
