Common heating methods and operating environment of enamel reactor

Generally, in order to make the medium materials in the enamel reactor react fully, there are certain requirements for temperature conditions. Generally, the operating temperature of the reactor is high, because the chemical reaction usually needs to be carried out under certain temperature conditions, so the enamel reactor must bear both a certain pressure and a certain temperature, Pressure resistance and temperature resistance should be considered in advance when purchasing glass lined equipment. There are usually four ways to obtain high temperature in enamel reactor:

The first is water heated enamel reactor: water heated reactor is generally used when the production process requires low temperature. Its heating system is divided into open water heating and closed water heating. The utility model is mainly composed of a pump, an open type regulator and a pipeline. It should be noted that when high-pressure water is used, the requirements for the mechanical strength of the reactor equipment are high. The outer surface of the reactor is welded with a snake tube, and there is a gap between the snake tube and the reactor wall, which increases the thermal resistance.

The second is steam heating enamel reactor: when the user uses steam heating, if the heating temperature is below 100 ℃, the steam below one atmospheric pressure can be used for heating; In the range of 100 ~ 180 ℃, use saturated steam; When the temperature required by the reactor is higher, high-pressure superheated steam can be used.

The third type is electrically heated enamel reactor: electrically heated enamel reactor refers to winding the resistance wire on the insulating layer of the reactor barrel or installing it on the special insulator several distances away from the reactor. Therefore, a small space gap is formed between the resistance wire and the reactor body. When using electric heating, the equipment is light and simple, the temperature is easy to adjust, and there is no pump, furnace, chimney and other facilities. The start-up is also very simple, the risk is not high, the cost is low, but the operation cost is higher than other heating methods, and the thermal efficiency is less than 85%. Therefore, it is suitable for places where the heating temperature is below 400 ℃ and the price of electric energy is low.
