1、 Chemical cleaning: first know the scale sample composition in the equipment, preferably sampling and analysis. After determining the dirt composition, conduct the test first, select the cleaning agent, and confirm through the test that it will not cause corrosion to the equipment metal. Then set up a temporary circulating device on site to circulate the cleaning fluid in the equipment to wash away the dirt.

2、 Mechanical cleaning: use high-pressure cleaning device to wash dirt with 150-200mpa high-pressure water through the nozzle.

The two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Chemical cleaning has less labor, short cleaning time and thorough cleaning, but it may cause equipment corrosion; Mechanical cleaning will not corrode the equipment and can effectively clean hard dirt, but it takes a long time and labor intensity. Therefore, chemical cleaning is applied in the condition of soft and thin dirt, and mechanical cleaning is applied in the condition of hard and thick dirt.
