The repair of glass lined reaction kettle is a meticulous and demanding work. Only according to the operating conditions of the equipment, carefully analyze and study the causes of surface damage, formulate a reasonable repair scheme, and strictly control the technical indicators and operation methods of each link of repair, can it be repaired with high quality, quickly and economically, and achieve satisfactory results.

The method of preparing acid resistant mastic and pasting acid resistant porcelain plate to repair glass lining equipment is simple, safe, easy to purchase raw materials, low price and low investment cost. Especially for the repair of large area lining sheet in glass lined reactor, the effect is more remarkable. 1. Remove the dust and debris at the damaged part, clean it with water, then acidify it with 20% hydrochloric acid for 2-3 times, and then wipe it dry.

2. Acid resistant mastic shall be prepared in proportion. Glass shall not be added randomly during operation. It shall be used and prepared now. Each mixing amount shall be controlled to be used up before initial setting.

3. The bottom layer of the damaged part shall be coated with acid resistant mastic first, then lined with acid resistant porcelain plate (or bound with glass cloth), and finally cemented and covered with acid resistant mastic. When pasting the acid resistant porcelain plates, the gaps between the acid resistant porcelain plates must be filled and smoothed with acid resistant mastic.

4. When the lining sheet is basically dry, about 20% of the desired acid is used for 4-5 times of acidification treatment to decompose the sodium fluosilicate that is not involved in the reaction into silicic acid gel. The acidification treatment shall be uniform. After drying, there are white precipitates. The white precipitates must be removed during the next acidification. The time interval between each acidification is about 10h.

5. The construction temperature is 15-30 ℃, and it is waterproof and sun proof. It is maintained in a dry environment for one week.
