The definition of glass lined reactor equipment is to coat glass glaze (mainly glass body, containing a small amount of grinding additives, bubbles, etc.) on the metal substrate, burn it at high temperature and fuse it into a functional lining material with strong acid, alkali, high temperature, wear resistance and smooth and clean surface.
Definition of glass lined equipment:
① Open mixing vessel (i.e. open glass lined reactor): a glass lined vessel with mixing device with a flange with the same diameter and high neck as the cylinder is set on the cylinder.;
② Closed mixing vessel (i.e. closed glass lined reactor): the vessel head is provided with a high neck flange less than 1 / 2 of the head diameter.
③ Open storage container (i.e. open glass lined storage tank): a glass lined storage container with a neck flange with the same diameter and height as the cylinder is set on the container.
④ Closed storage container (i.e. closed glass lined storage tank): a glass lined storage container with a high neck flange less than 1 / 2 of the diameter of the head is set on the head of the container.
⑤ Horizontal storage container (i.e. horizontal glass lined storage tank): a glass lined storage container with the container barrel lying horizontally.
⑥ Disc condenser: a glass lined condenser with two discs welded and glass lined and overlapped.
⑦ Double cone rotary dryer: glass lined rotary dryer composed of double cone butt joint body and jacket.
⑧ Sleeve heat exchanger: a glass lined sleeve heat exchanger composed of two jacketed cavities for heating or cooling and a glass lined cavity.
Then, according to the actual working conditions of users, standard glass lined equipment and non-standard glass lined equipment of different specifications and models are designed and manufactured to meet the needs of the majority of glass lined reactor equipment users.
