Classification of reactors

According to the material, it can be divided into steel (or lined) reactor, cast iron reactor and glass lined reactor (enamel reactor).

According to different sealing forms, it can be divided into packing seal, mechanical seal and magnetic seal.

The reactor is shown in Figure 4-1. Common reactors are introduced as follows:

(1) Electric heating reactor

It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, pesticide and other industries to complete industrial polymerization, condensation, vulcanization, alkylation, hydrogenation and other processes.

(2) Steam heated reactor

It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, pesticide, research and other industries to complete industrial polymerization, condensation, vulcanization, alkylation, hydrogenation and other processes.

(3) Unsaturated polyester resin equipment

It is used to produce unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin, paint, etc.

(4) Stainless steel reactor

It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure chemical reaction experiments in petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, metallurgy, scientific research, universities and other departments. Only when the viscosity of particles comes can the high temperature mixing effect be achieved.

(5) Glass lined reactor

It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, pesticide, research and other industries.

(6) Magnetic stirring reactor (chemical reactor)

It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, pesticide, research and other industries to complete industrial polymerization, condensation, vulcanization, alkylation, hydrogenation and other processes.

(7) Multifunctional reactor

It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, pesticide and scientific research industries to complete industrial polymerization, condensation, vulcanization, alkylation, hydrogenation and other processes.

(8) Small experimental autoclave

It is suitable for mixing, low speed and low viscosity materials; Ideal equipment for testing various chemical reactions.

(9) Steel lined PE reactor

It is suitable for acid, alkali and salt. It is mainly used in liquid food and medicine. It is an ideal substitute for the welding of rubber lining, FRP, stainless steel, titanium steel, enamel and plastic plate.

(10) Steel lined ETFE reactor

It has good corrosion resistance and can resist the corrosion of different concentrations of acid, alkali, salt, strong oxidant, organic compound and other strong corrosive chemicals.
