The principle of glass-lined reactor
Enamel reactor is also called glass lined reactor. The surface of the metal iron tire of the enamel reactor contains high silicon enamel, and dense enamel lining layer is finally formed by roasting at nearly 1000 degrees high temperature, so that the enamel reactor has the double advantages of chemical stability similar to glass and the strength of metal.
The structure principle of enamel reactor is: enamel reactor body is composed of reaction vessel、agitator、transmission system、cooling device、safety device,etc. The sealing of tank is mechanical, and other sealing points are sealed in the form of line contact between the arc surface and the plane, the arc surface and the arc surface, relying on the high precision and finish of the contact surface to achieve a good sealing effect.
