How to carry out nondestructive testing in glass lined reactor?
Glass lined reactor is the glass containing high silica,lined on the inner surface of steel vessel, burning at high temperature and firmly dense on the metal surface to become composite products. So,it is an excellent corrosion resistance equipment. Zibo Tanglian Chemical Equipment Co.Ltd to introduce the nondestructive testing method of glass lined reactor.
1、Before nondestructive testing, the welded joint should be qualified according to the shape, size and appearance requirements ,and the image of non-specified shape on the film can not cover or interfere with the defect image.Therefore, the necessary of finishing of the testing parts should be stopped.
2、Type A and B welded joint of the third type glass lined pressure vessel with a pressure great than or equal to 1.6MPa shall stop the 100% radiation detection or recording of ultrasonic test ,including pipe with a nominal diameter of greater than or equal to 250mm.
3、In addition to the above-mentioned rules ,the type A and B welded joint of the glass lined pressure vessel,including butt welds of pipe with nominal diameter of greater than or equal to 250mm shall stop partial radiation detection or recording of ultrasonic test. The position of the test parts shall be stopped according to the GB150 rules and drawings.
4、The length、scale、necessary parts of X-ray or ultrasonic detection of glass lined reactor and equipment shall be stopped in accordance with the provisions of TB/T435 .
