Introduction to Spray Tetrafluoroethylene Reactor

The spray tetrafluoroethylene reaction kettle adopts advanced manufacturing technology, organically integrates the tetrafluoroethylene material and steel material, takes the ordinary carbon steel reaction kettle as the base, and is lined with PFA (soluble polytetrafluoroethylene), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), ETFE (F40), etc. with excellent chemical stability, which are formed by roller coating or spray coating. It not only has the mechanical strength performance of steel products, but also has the characteristics of PTFE corrosion resistance, non scaling, and less susceptibility to microbial growth, ensuring the purity of the internal solution medium.
