Advantages of PTFE lined reactor

The PTFE lined reactor is a plate lining process for PTFE lining. The product is tightly connected to the steel body through an imported adhesive, which cannot be separated by human labor. PTFE lining can almost resist the corrosion of all chemical media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia. Steel lined F4 anti-corrosion storage tanks can work for a long time at temperatures ranging from 230 ℃ to 250 ℃. Its performance far exceeds that of all other non-metallic corrosion-resistant materials and products, and is superior to all advanced metals such as stainless steel, alloys, and even titanium. The corrosion-resistant materials are widely used in various important industrial production departments such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, and military industry. There are also F40, PP, PO, PE and other plate lining and plastic lining processes, which can be used to produce large fixed anti-corrosion tanks on site. Tetrafluoro tanks are chemical containers used to store chemicals such as acids, alcohols, and gases.

Advantages of fluorine anti-corrosion:

1. The PTFE lined reactor is resistant to high temperatures and can be used at temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius.

2. It is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, with a pH value between 1 and 14.

3. Excellent adhesion, negative pressure can reach 0.09MPa, and vacuum pumping effect.

4. Long service life, can be used for 8 to 10 years under normal conditions, and the warranty period is generally promised to be 1 year.

5. The PTFE lined reactor has strong resistance to penetration, and various gases such as hydrofluoric acid, chlorine gas, bromofluoric acid, etc. have good resistance to penetration
